The Tidy Team was founded in 2021 by Ceri, who had a passion for providing exceptional cleaning services to homes and businesses in the Herefordshire area. Starting out as a one-person operation, Ceri quickly gained a reputation for their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction. As the company grew, Ceri hired a team of dedicated cleaners who shared their passion for delivering high-quality service and branched out to cover Powys & Monmouthshire.

Our regular cleans start at a minimum of two hours, depending on the house size. During the initial meet and greet, we can discuss the work involved and if we will need more time at your property. During a weekly call we can dust, mop, hoover, polish, change or make the beds, clean inside of the windows, clean the bathroom and kitchen (wiping over surfaces, etc) and have a general tidy of the house. In addition, we can also do other jobs such as wipe down doors and frames or perhaps some ironing if needed.

Yes. The Tidy Team is fully insured with liability insurance to protect your home and to give you peace of mind.
Do I HAVE TO BE HOME?
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive a superior service – guaranteed!
WhY DO I NEED A home CHECK?
We try to do a meet and greet before the first clean just to get a more accurate quote of the job ahead. This is also so we can come prepared with all the right notes and equipment needed for the initial clean.
HOW DO I PAY?
We require payment at time of service. We accept debit card payments and payment by cheque or cash but we will discuss this with you prior to tarting to work together.
